We procure information technology talent on a contractual basis from small routine interventions to very large technology projects such as cloud migrations, ERP implementations, and infrastructure upgrades. We offer full flexibility and choice to our clients between onsite, offsite, offshore, or hybrid arrangements. This includes various options such as certain blocks of working hours where the client can select the appropriate mix of needed resources.
 Our contracted talent pool includes all major ERP system operators; Oracle, Workday, Banner, Salesforce, SAP, as well as more specialized individual profiles in full-stack programming and cybersecurity.

Executive Recruitment:

As a small, but vibrant, boutique executive recruitment firm, we execute a relatively low amount, but high quality of C-Level searches every year, with a strong tilt towards technology executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, VP of I.T.) We follow the standard retained model, confidentially and exclusively conducting the candidate search for our client. The duration of the search varies, but gets completed in about 30 days on average. Our fees are reasonable and negotiable, depending on the nature of the search, whether it is a single candidate, or a multiple professional search engagement such as sales, or technology teams.

Board of Directors:

For Board of Directors engagements, we are diversified in terms of the industries and the geographies. We cultivate a national and global private pool of senior executive candidates currently serving on Boards, or aspiring to join those environments.
There is no contractual or monetary obligation on the part of the candidate. The service is absolutely free of charge to the executive, nor is there any obligation of result on the part of the recruiter — as the upstream placement is executed on a best effort basis, where past performance is no guarantee of future results.
The turn-around time for a Board of Directors search is approximately 30 to 45 days, and the client is charged a flat fee, agreed upon in advance, in order to execute and complete the search.
